  I WILL NEVER purchase from this company again. It has been nothing but a headache since delivery. I ordered what looked to be a nice bedroom set online and I paid extra for the Bob's Goof Proof and for my merchandise to be assembled on delivery as well as all of the plastic removed etc. On delivery NOTHING was assembled, NO plastic was taken and I was left with all the work to do. Why pay for something if you're not going to get the service you paid for?! Anyways, I opened up the rails for the bed and they were DAMAGED. The most the delivery people could do was say "Oh we'll get another ordered and delivered" That meant taking another day off waiting around all day for them to arrive. Fast forward to today the day I'm receiving my new set of rails. Keep in mind when I re ordered my new rails the lady helping me specifically said she will put a note on the order for installation! The delivery men arrive today, I have a German Shepherd and I put him in his cage for the last delivery and the men had no problem. Well the men today absolutely REFUSED to come in my house with a locked up dog because they're terrified of dogs. Needless to say I'm left with a bed frame I can't put together because it's way to heavy. I call for my money back and talk with somebody in Customer Service and the most she can do for me is tell me I'm wrong and I didn't pay for this service. So I pulled up my receipt and I read it through to her and specifically read the part that says where I paid extra for that. She said "Oh sorry ma'am we can give you a gift card" I DON'T WANT a gift card, I will never purchase from this company EVER again. If I could return the whole set I would but supposedly once you sign for the items you can't return them, and they don't tell you that at time of delivery. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACE TO WORK WITH. The prices might be lower than other retail furniture places but that's because you're getting ripped off!!!!!!!!
