I was on the hunt for a green Kane sweater and they only had one in the store it was slightly damaged and she got on the phone and found one in another store they told her it was perfect I paid for shipping to overnight it and when I received it the sweater was defective. I called her right away and she worked with me to get me another one and went above and beyond as a manager and just in customer services alone!!
