  We recently purchased kitchen cabinets from Complex Woodwork after checking out quality and pricing from 15 area cabinet vendors including big box, custom shops and chain retailers. We checked out Complex Woodwork first and after 3 months of checking with other vendors, we came back to CW for the best value. Val offers a wide range of cabinets from low to high end options. His pricing and value was so much better than the others, we decided to upgrade from the line of cabinets and options that he had originally quoted. The cabinets arrived on time, well packaged and Val's complementary delivery was a huge plus. We are extremely pleased with the quality construction and finish of the cabinets and very glad we chose CW. As a side note, Val is very knowledgeable not only regarding the cabinets he offers but also in the setup and installation details. His experience in the construction trades and his attention to detail during the inital design,layout and measurment stages has eliminated any unforseen installation problems. Before retiring, I worked with contractors and vendors for 30 years. The good, bad and the ugly. Val is definitely one of the good guys.   Just prior to your installation we had an addition put on our house, and that provided a huge contrast regarding the process the work we contracted you for was carried out. You were attentive, professional, efficient, and over delivered on your promises. If only the rest of the work that was done here came with a comparable experience. Not only were you the best price, but you showed true appreciation for our business. Something that is truly lacking in most contractor experiences. We have recommended you a few times already, and will continue to, so that our friends and family can have the same experience and quality of work and customer service.

  We love Complex Woodwork! Val is a true craftsman and was great to work with. Our cabinets are beautiful and he is part of the project to the end. He knows who you are and wants to do the best job he can for you. Not impersonal like box stores. From the moment we met him we knew he was it. He offered suggestions and opinions but was never pushy but pushes himself to perfectionism in his work. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat!!!
