  We have had a huge patio umbrella for years and we need to take it apart and move it but we cannot find the tool to take it apart. After several failed attempts I called my store that we have been doing business with since 2012. They have never failed us. I was transferred promptly to the correct department and spoke with Mike who took the time to make sure we were on the same page on what I was requesting. He looked in the files located our umbrella and has the tool we need. The Great Escape in Joliet is the place to go. And Mike is the guy to see!!! Thank you Mike for being patient with my request and coming through for what we need.

  We felt it was worth sharing our experience as 1st time customers. There's an impressive selection of bars, pool tables, patio furniture, spas, etc. Manager, Mike Sikorski was very knowledgeable, friendly & he made us feel comfortable. We could tell he really cares about his customers and he helped us save money! Big showroom made it easier to pick out the best quality, price & value too.
