  Exceptional quality, but lack of communication. First time service went well with t-shirt prints so I decided to invest in another project this time with a different t-shirt design. Was informed after a week of starting second project to pick-up items the following business day due to malfunction issue with their machine. So I did as instructed and arrived today at 3pm which was exactly two hours prior to closing time and the shirts were not complete. I waited patiently for 45 minutes as they were completed. The staff (Jerry) apologized and I accepted and in return received a discount. All in all, as a business owner myself, I believe a person should always stick to the expectation they set for a customer and if the expectation can’t be met, that should be communicated clearly and resolved immediately.
