  Although it is a small place i find that it is well organized and the staff are friendly. I have gone several times to look for very specific items and they have always had what I needed. Also the coupons help a great deal when buying so make sure to visit the website or download the app.

  I love Joanns, love that you can use 3 coupons. But the staff here acts like it's their money you're taking when you're trying to figure out which coupon is best. I've met 2 nice ladies here. I'm ous Erlishia (sorry for bad spelling) and I have to figure out the other name. If it wasn't for Erlishia especially, I would've stopped going here years ago when the other manager, believe it was Madalynn, whom was even worse than the one they have now. Lisa is the newer manager, but still lacks. Looks sloppy & rude, but definitely not as rude or sloppy as the previous manager was. If you use your coupons right, you can get some amazing deals here. Only buy stuff on 40- 50% off sales, than use coupon for $35 off 75 or whatever for regular AND SALE items. That's another 46% off the sale price. Or at least use their 50% & 60% off coupons, which no other coupon can be added on top of. You will always walk out paying 50% OR LESS. I often average 35- 40% cost of sticker original price.
