  Not our favorite Macy's, it feels like an older store that needs renovating, but it's usually pretty clean and organized. On our most recent trip, a young woman told us we were not allowed to use my digital coupon from the Macy's website without opening a credit card with her - nice try. We went to another register and had no issues & a kind associate. Don't let anyone try to bully you into opening a credit card.

  The employees in the shoes department and bed linen department were both fantastic. They went over and above what anyone would expect. The makeup department was not up to it's usual standards.
